The ropes are there for your climbing pleasure so don’t wait for them to be posted in a workout, go ahead, drop a rope, grab a coach and get it sorted. Rope climbing features in the ‘100 Words Of Fitness’ so don’t be surprised if they come at you more regularly now. Today we test our 3 RM squat and 2 RM Deadlift in the build up to Fridays CFT.
