
Last week of our front squat cycle so get in early and prepare your body to go deep under load. And for those that are unsure or struggling with the Paleo challenge, we will meet this Tuesday night after the 615pm class and bounce off some ideas. :-)
Strength
Front Squat 10 x 3 reps @ 85%1RM
Rest 2-3 minutes between sets.
WOD
” Death By Bur-Press ”
1/1, 2/2, 3/3..etc of
Push Press (50/35)
Burpee
1Push Press/1 Burpee on the min. every minute, adding 1 Press and 1 Burpee each minute and continue to add 1 rep of each until you can no longer continue.
