Our Spring Clean Up with Nutrition Coach Simone Parry starts with a personal consultation on Monday August 29th. Plans  will be set up for 4 weeks and 8 weeks respectively. Put your names on the whiteboard and start to think seriously about cleaning up your food over the spring months. Fitness Testing will be on Friday 2nd August and every Friday at the end of August and September. Game on !!

1Push Press/1 Burpee on the min. every minute, adding 1 Press and 1 Burpee each minute and continue to add 1 rep of each  until you can no longer continue.
