A massive 530pm class night for bodyweight fave Angie had our pull up space stretched to the max! But great to see all the newbies getting amongst it and hard to fault the movement standards particularly with so many reps. Today we go at our last big bench session before we test on Friday. We will be also testing our Olympic Lifts on Monday 30th May and testing continues on Friday 3rd June with our first CrossFit Total of the year before we get after another strength cycle. This time we will be building for 12 weeks.
