Big Ups to those from CFN, Quattro and CF East Auckland that courageously lined up in their scary first comp on Saturday morning. Over 70 athletes gave it everything in an awesome morning of pain, smiles and great beats. Then the NZFL provided the entertainment with our Open team pushing the more experienced Quattro all the way but missing out narrowly . Our Prems then dominated against CFEA and found their rhythm after some tough close losses in recent weeks. Then the very ludicrous UNDY WOD rounded off the weekend with over $400 raised towards Mens Health. Thank you all for your participation and support in these events. This defines who we are as a box and the love and care you guys show  demonstrates why CrossFit is so much more than workouts for time,  awesome bodies and PB's..:-)
