Autumn means the onset of a strength cycle. Today we test our absolute strength in the 3 power lifts also called the ‘slow lifts’ then build over the next 6 weeks , a re test then another 6 weeks finishing with the CrossFit Total on Friday 23rd June, also the shortest day of the year. Tomorrow we break up our Measure Up gymnastics and cardio testing into 2 sessions. Part 2 will feature on Thursday and leaderboard status will be afforded for solid results. Results of your tests can be entered into notebooks, diaries and the many phone apps available.
