An amazing weekend of competition where 26 of our athletes travelled to Whangarei to do battle in the Central 4 Teams comp. So many newbies punching well above their weight and doing themselves, their team mates and their gym proud! While some of the workouts were extremely challenging and fun, they also exposed weaknesses. Heres an opportunity to take yourselves to the next level. Start by developing a game plan.
