Thursday is a fine day to get back on the barbell. And this Saturday at 930 we will have another awesome workout with a $10 BBQ to follow. A new JCF class will begin in a few weeks to be held on Saturday mornings at 830am. That will mean schedule change to our 8am Intro/Group class which will now feature at 730am. Good times :-)
