CFN came and dominated the NZ CrossFit Masters Champs out at St Johns on Saturday with an astonishing 5 NZ Titles!! Big Congrats to our Champions Fran, Jeff, Geoff, Darryl and JS. And very strong finishes from Bec (2nd), Kirsty (3rd), Ange, Donny, Perty and Michelle (4th), and Mano, Marcos, Howard all competing hard and doing great despite little or no competition experience. A wonderfully proud day for our box in no only the way we moved but noticeably supported and yelled for each other throughout the day! Special thanks to Bec and her awesome filming and to all the Red Skulls who came out to cheer us on the day.
