To celebrate our new Assault Bikes we will thrash them and our bodies in the team workout this morning. Don’t forget the classes start at 730am and 9am. Then we have a special welcome for CrossFit Otara who are coming to do battle with our awesome Red Skulls. First wod will go off at 1030am when DJ Slice sounds the horn!
