How about nailing back to back kipping handstand push ups?.. perhaps the 10 or 20 rep unbroken double under you’ve been after?.. a ring muscle up?.. sub 8 minute 2 km row?..a 75cm box jump?..a month without bread or sugar?..If you chat to the coaches for suggestions they will put a plan in place for you and we will celebrate the achievement at the end of the month. And boys..have your last shave and get your nutrition  sorted for The Undy WOD on the 29th of November  for all will be bared!!
