Girl Friday and this week we get after body weight fave Angie. We will spend a little time restoring and mobilising the body to ensure we push this awesome benchmark. The volume is to be respected but our goal is to ensure we finish strong and maintain good movement integrity. Not to sacrifice good tech chasing  the whiteboard. Its how we roll.
