Excellent scores went in over the weekend for 19.3. The wod had components that were very difficult but this is the Open, and they are out to test us. Aside from the very difficult strict handstand push up, most of us were noticeably stronger in the lunge and the box step up, pushing ourselves to the limit with loads we would normally scale. Our boundaries have once again been extended, and our check list has some new elements to work on and develop over the coming months. Till Friday..
