A massive heart felt thank you to those who gave their all to the ANZAC remembrance workout Bull on Saturday. In any capacity whether prescribed , scaled or with a friend it was truly one for the ages. This week we continue on our quest for strength gains , following with  deloading /retesting  next week then set the loads for another 3 week mini cycle. We also will be gathering the troops for another May Nutrition Challenge starting this Saturday. More details to follow regarding weigh in, fat testing on the whiteboard.
