The third workout of this years Open is technically challenging and needs a good deal of preparation prior to starting. Get in early and warm up well, grab a PVC and get busy. The coaches will see to it your snatch is well drilled to give you the confidence to hit those positions solidly. And a reminder to submit your scores if this is your final crack at the wod.

3 rounds of:
6 chest-to-bar pull up
6 squat snatch (43/30)
Then, 3 rounds of:
7 chest-to-bar pull up
5 squat snatch (161/43)

*Prior to 12:00, complete 3 rounds of:
8 chest-to-bar pull up
4 squat snatch (83/61)

*Prior to 16:00, complete 3 rounds of:
9 chest-to-bar pull-ups
3 squat snatch (101/70)

*If all reps are completed, time cap extends by 4 minutes.
