Thursday is Open WOD day. This potent workout although short will get heavier as you fatigue. Step ups are allowed but the deadlifts will come at you like an avalanche. The coaches will prepare your lower backs, hammies and lats in a long warm up before 14.3 is unleashed on you. This will make you stronger!
