The first workout of the first Open falls on our Snatch day. Get tight, set up fast and shift the bar quickly and accurately. The double unders will need to be ruthlessly efficient so you don’t lose your rhythm and end up wasting precious time staring at your toes. 10 minutes..how hard can it be? ;-)
