Hope you’ve been enjoying the CrossFit Games on You Tube and getting inspired to attack the back half of the year with dedication and commitment to your training. Today we start 3 weeks of re-modelling our squat, deadlift and strict press with a little pause action to help engrain those motor patterns. With this comes the accuracy of our bar path, the recruitment of previously under-used joint stabilisers and neutralisers, and an increased efficiency of movement under load that will help your muscles to delay fatigue, lift heavier, and reduce soreness and injury. Then the good stuff..wod crushing..looking awesome naked, improved mental clarity and confidence leading to job promotion, more money and better love-making…… All from pause squats. ;-)
