Just over 40 days till 16.1 and guarantee that one of the Open Workouts will involve either Snatches (power or full ) and Overhead Squats in any capacity that Dave Castro feels like…So we will be focussing our Mondays on this awesome movement. Those that have the mobility and strength will zone in on the accuracy and speed..Those that dont will start from the bottom ;-)
