Testing week brings about the Oly Lifts again with the snatch today followed by the thunderous 13.1. This wod was the first for many at CFN and it will be interesting to see if there has been a progression ,or perhaps even lost a loss in fitness. But don’t sweat the small stuff. If you had more reps last time, chances are you movement was not as fluent and tight then. Whats really important is the way you shift weight. Ultimately your positioning of the barbell and your relative efficiency are what will take you the furtherest with the least chance of injury, rather than the reckless desire for speed and the best time in the wod.
