Open workout 12.5 is your classic Fran couplet..but a wee bit harder. These movements will be coming at you in the Open, but our intention today is not to go at it recklessly in the quest for board honours , but find good tight shapes from which to generate force from. We will be retesting this one so keep your movement balanced and fluid. Scaling options are available of course :-)
