This week we dial back the volume but aim to keep the intensity high. The Open workouts are released around 2pm Friday afternoon and the there will be an opportunity to go at them at 530pm Friday and again at 930am Saturday. It is recommended that we have a crack at the wod a couple of times with a couple of days break between. For those not signed up you will be able to attend the Saturday 730am but not the 930am.
