
The last of our Open workouts before the 2015 versions come at us starting next Friday. Reminder that there will be no CF class at 615. Instead accomplished professional weightlifting coach Caleb Symon will take us through weightlifting technique work from 630-8pm. This will be free to all UL members and $10 to restricted. And a disappointing turnout to Iva’s Monday night Yoga class. She is a fantastic instructor and we’re very lucky to have her on board. So pencil in 730pm this Thursday and come feel the difference..We will now be taking bookings for these classes on the whiteboard..Use it or Lose it!
