Today we say farewell to our favourite Texan. Corey walked into the gym just before the Open in February and set a high standard for himself and others to follow . Often smashing multiple wods just because he could , he will leave a stronger beast for it. Kia Kaha Brother, be safe.

Handstand Holds or Walks ( max holds/distance)

L-Sits , L-Pull-Ups (30-60 secs)

Spend 6 mins on each gymnastics element.
