A little over 3 weeks to the first workout of the 2017 Reebok CrossFit Open. We need to look at our overall game and work on the exercises we suck at. And with the help of the coaches, a ton of  hard work and a solid belief that you can nail those double unders, pull ups, handstand push ups or any other movement you hate, you will be way more awesome when that first wod rolls around on Saturday 25th Feb.
