If you hadn’t already guessed, I’m from Moscow, Russia. I have a wide sporting experience and I’m still trying to improve my skills as both athlete and coach. I think that workouts must be effective and fun.
I’m really fond of CrossFit, because it helps me to realize who I am and I make a lot of like-minded friends along the way.
Also I have an experience in spine trauma recovery (I broke my spine in 2009) and some of my clients have various traumas (after surgery rehabilitation etc.) so rest assured, your injuries are safe with me.
