CrossFit will prepare your child well for the netball court, footy field, cross country track, pool or just life in general.
Strength, Coordination, Endurance, Stamina, Power, Agility, Speed, Balance, Accuracy and Flexibility are the 10 components of physical fitness. No matter what your age it is important to develop a sound understanding and competency in these components equally. We at CrossFit Newmarket use a combination of strength training (kettlebells, barbells ,dumbells tyres & each other) gymnastics (pull-ups, push-ups, sit-ups, rope climbs, handstands, flips, spins, rolls and gymnastics rings) and cardio (rowing, sprinting and skipping) using an infinite combination of workouts that will always challenge and never be repetitive or boring. If you want your child to have a broad fitness and be ready to face all of life’s everyday challenges, Junior CrossFit is the answer you are looking for.
Our classes incorporate functional and dynamic training in a fun atmosphere that enables children to experience success in physical endeavors. Healthy living requires that our kids push, pull, run, throw, climb, lift and jump effectively and safely regardless of whether or not they play athletics. Ages range from 6 – 15 years and we cater to all types of fitness levels.
Our classes have a Coach/Athlete ratio of 1:6 so your child WILL be thoroughly trained and supervised.
Tuesdays Thursdays 4pm – 4:45pm and Saturdays 8:30 – 9:15am

We encourage that you child attends regularly and consistently as our program is designed so they learn essential movement patterns over the term .
