Bodyweight and gymnastic training is a fantastic way to shred fat and build muscle in the process. Training this way is the perfect way to create a lean, athletic and primal physique. Learn to control yourself inverted, lift heavy with a full range of motion and look as if you have the ability to half your gravitational pull in a variety of positions and angles leaving no muscles untrained … most importantly go from rigid and susceptible to injury to a fluid and adaptable individual, massively reducing risk of injury. With gradually progressive exercises demanding perfection in every movement, your form will improve linear to your ability, so you’ll feel and look great whilst training whether you’re doing a push up or planche.
