Sign up for our Intro Course
The Intro Course is designed to set you up for success prior to entering our general classes. The movements we perform are unique and take some time and practice in the beginning to learn how to execute them properly. The group size is no more than 6 people, which allows for a more personal and dedicated environment with other individuals like yourself. You don’t need any special gear or clothing, just come prepared to sweat a little; we will be throwing in a little workout every day.
Tuesdays Thursdays 7.30pm & Saturdays 7:30am for 3 weeks
These three weeks with our experienced and qualified coaches will equip you with the necessary skills to progress forward into our main CrossFit classes. The Intro course will teach you Crossfit’s Nine Foundational Movements and prepare you for your ‘Road to Awesomeness’ !!
