Get your technique dialled
Improve your speed, accuracy & strength with this program covers progressions in the clean, jerk and snatch which will go a long way towards improving your speed, accuracy and strength.
For kids aged 6 to 15 years
Junior CrossFit courses work in with the school terms and are a great way for your child to learn physical fitness and strenth training in a safe but fun environment. They are guaranteed to love it!
