Some epic snatching in yesterdays 1 RM testing. PB’s were a plenty considering this cycle is only a third of the way through! Cant wait till final week of testing in early October. We will also be testing the Overhead Squat, Bench Press and Clean at the completion of the cycle so your numbers will be set in stone. Today we test your gymnastics capacity with the awesome benchmark workout ‘Barbara’. And special mention and thanks go to our own Barbara, a black belt Karate instructor who puts a ton of work in behind the scenes cleaning and organising, picking up supplies and generally helping the gym flow.
