We've been out at Piha over the weekend doing a reccy for your big Piha Throwdown together with ne coach Justin Tayezz. Both former US Marine Corp members have got a stunning weekend planned for those that are game enough. Add your names to the board if you want to change your life..take them off if you'd like a lie in and a few 'fun wods on the beach 'for a giggle. We're here to make you fitter and stronger. Both mentally and physically. After all its CrossFit . :-)
