Welcome back you Mighty Skulls! We hope you are well rested and just champing at the bit to get your build up started to the 2016 CrossFit Open starting Feb 25-29th. We will be testing both your capacity and strength this Friday with ‘ The Shit List’ then retesting again shortly before the Open starts. Tons of stuff coming at you over the next 6 weeks including the Feb Clean Eating Challenge , the HyperFit Training Camp on Feb 12 and 13th, our own CFN McClaren Falls Training Camp  on Feb 19th and 20th which will lead us right us to the Open lasting for 5 weeks. Then our annual Red Skull Awards Night which celebrates those among us that deserve a special mention..but more on that later. But for now LETS GET INTO IT !!
